to run a startbase with a given dust scenario

SETTINGS
- change callphys.def

CREATE START FILES
- go to gcm/newstart
- modify mini_startbase.sh
- run mini_startbase.sh
- go to gcm/make_startbase
- link gcm/newstart/startbase_clim_mini/start0.nc and startfi0.nc

OR
- collect starts from an existing simulation
- go to gcm/newstart/start2archive
- compile start2archive with the dimensions of the initial run (see compile.sh)
- run start2archive.e
- go to gcm/newstart
- run newstart.e (compiled at the new resolution)

RUN GCM
- check that 0 is in num_run
- check that nday is 3 in run.def
- launch run !!! 
        --> command: qsub launch.ciclad.startbase
- ... wait about 72h ...
- startbase is stored in gcm/make_startbase/tmpsave
	--> rename it and store it somewhere
